Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele Resource Pool position requiring BLS certification and every other weekend and holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Resource Pool covering Med/Surg Tele units within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week assignment
• Requirement to work every other weekend and every other holiday
• Must comply with facility dress and appearance policies; jeans, shorts, sleeveless shirts, and facial earrings are prohibited
• Must be able to record start and stop times for all work and break periods according to policy
• COVID vaccination card may be required
• References and Nursys license verification are required for consideration

Requirements

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association preferred for RNs working in ICU or step-down units
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification preferred
• TNCC certification preferred
