The Executive Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, communications, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include handling travel arrangements, overseeing special projects, liaising with the Board of Directors, managing office supplies, and supporting event management. The role requires multitasking, organization, and communication skills to ensure efficient executive operations.
Job Description
* Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO
* Coordinates and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers on all matters pertaining to the CEO
* Serves as liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Management teams, organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects.
* Maintain department calendars and schedules
* Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; compile documents for travel-related meetings.
* Review invoices and route for proper approval
* Run and process department reports
* Serves as Office Manager, tracking inventory and processing supply orders
* Answer main phone lines and route appropriately
* File necessary paperwork
* Provide event management support as needed
* Other duties as assigned
