RADIUS RULE: 50 MILES FROM FACILITY

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Primary Location: Aspirus Wisconsin Rapids Hospital - Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin
Shift Requirement: 12hr variables
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
Float Requirements: to alike units within skillset. Must be willing to float to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover and Divine Savior
On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A
Required Certifications: WI RN License, AHA BLS.
Required Education: ADN or BSN
Minimum Experience: 2+ years of MedSurg experience
Charting Experience Required: EPIC preferred
Required Skillset: Med Surg Experience
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 40 bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit. Avg daily census 28. Patient ratios on days and pm max of 5 patients (avg 4), nights max of 7
Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates: Able to manage independently and complete tasks timely, willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team and ancillary staff to ensure the best patient experience possible. Positive attitude and flexibility with constant changes which can occur throughout a shift.
