A Lifestyle Medicine or Preventive Medicine Physician is needed for an expanding practice in Northern California. Join a physician-based group determined to provide compassionate and top-quality healthcare for their community.

Details:

• Permanent, full-time position

• Expanding clinic

• Average 8-12 patients per day

• Concierge-like practice

• 100% outpatient

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Preventive Medicine

• Valid California medical license

• Experience in preventive medicine and lifestyle management preferred
