Job Highlights:
- Experienced providers only (min 1-2 yrs. in NP role)
- Cardiology background required
- Support routine clinic follow-ups and hospital discharge follow-up appointments in clinic setting
- Schedule: Monday-Friday (day schedule)
- Call schedule: One weekend per month (7am - 12pm)
- Hospital-employed role with our Cardiology-based Outpatient Clinic
