Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in upscale casual or fine dining
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ServSafe and Allergen Certifications required
- Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service excellence
- Experience in $10 million plus high volume restaurants with a strong April-October tourist season
