Primary Care Physician
Compensation: $250K $270K Base Salary + Up to $50K Signing Bonus or $100K Forgivable Loan

Position HighlightsCompensation: $250K $270K base salary
Bonus: Up to $20K in the first year; increases with partnership
Partnership Track: No buy-in; typically achieved within months (65% achieve partnership within 1 year; partners earn $300K+)
Patient Panel: Max of 450 patients
Model: 100% outpatient, value-based care
Support Team: Dedicated MA and scheduler; built-in admin time
