Job Details:
• Work as the sole provider in an urgent care setting treating approximately 20 patients per shift (up to 40 PPD possible) • Treat both adult and pediatric patients (ages 6 months and up) • Perform various procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures • Must be proficient with EPIC EMR system • Provider must have strong clinical and interpersonal skills to work effectively with support staff • Required certifications include board certification (MD/DO), NCCPA (PA), Family NP certification, and BLS • Minimum of 12 months experience required (new graduates not considered) • Support multiple locations within a 65-mile radius of home residence • Complete required clinical interview, EMR training and onboarding prior to first solo shift • No call requirements • Supervising physician provided for APPs • Mileage reimbursement available (no travel or lodging reimbursement) • Estimated credentialing timeframe is 20 days • Must be licensed in North Carolina
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
