Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a PACU position requiring MO or compact RN licensure and Epic experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) setting
- Day shift schedule with 4x10 hour shifts and start times ranging from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM depending on perioperative needs
- On-call one weeknight per week and rotating weekend call approximately every 8-10 weeks
- Epic EMR system is used and experience is required
- Primary responsibility is to provide post-anesthesia care for surgical patients
- Call duties are rotated and shared equitably among staff
- First-time travelers are not eligible for this position
Requirements
- Active MO or compact RN license required
- Previous PACU nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience is required
- Two professional references are required for consideration
