Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Proven clinical experience in OB-GYN care, diagnostics, and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with patients and team members
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Commitment to patient confidentiality and safety
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Additional certifications in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery or maternal-fetal medicine
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Familiarity with current OB-GYN guidelines and best practices
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in OB-GYN
- Active state medical license in good standing
Other Requirements:
- Availability for office coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with additional call responsibilities as necessary
- Compliance with all licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements when applicable
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
