Dermatology Nurse Practitioner - Clark and Kenilworth, NJ

Responsibilities: -
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and performing physical examinations of the skin.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic dermatologic conditions, including but not limited to acne, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, and skin infections.
- Prescribe and manage medications within the scope of practice, following state regulations and evidence-based guidelines.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, skin care, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with dermatologists to develop individualized care plans and ensure continuity of care.
- Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Requirements: -
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist, or
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with full training and experience in dermatology
- Minimum of two years of clinical dermatology experience required
