Job Details

• Outpatient only, Team-based care
• 20-24 patients per day
• Newborns-Geriatrics
• M-F 9-5 Schedule is flexible, some physicians work 4 days a week
• Call 1:7, No weekends
• The physician will have 3 exam rooms and an office
• Physician and NP share RN and MA's
• License in IL
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Medical/Dental/Vision, Long-term disability, 2 retirement options, Income guarantee for 2 years, followed by productivity (wRVU+quality), Sign-on bonus, Educational loan assistance, Stipend during residency, CME allowance, Relocation assistance, 4 weeks paid time-off, 1 week CME
