Position Overview
Vandalia Health is seeking a distinguished and visionary leader for the position of Division Chief of Thoracic Surgery. This pivotal role is based at Charleston Area Medical Center (CAMC) and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of thoracic care in West Virginia and beyond.
As the Division Chief, you will be responsible for leading and expanding thoracic surgical services across our integrated health system. This position allows for signifi cant collaboration with other Vandalia Health hospitals, enhancing the scope and impact of our thoracic surgery programs.
You will join an esteemed cardiothoracic team that includes 5 cardiac surgeons and 2 thoracic and esophageal surgeons, all renowned for their history of growth and innovation. In this role, you will lead the ongoing development of the Division, with robust support for both clinical excellence and pioneering research initiatives.
We are looking for an accomplished individual who can drive the advancement of lung and esophageal surgery while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
