Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Burlington, MA (Zip: 01805) – Greater Boston healthcare jobs
• Assignment Type: Travel RN
• Unit: Nursing Float Pool (Medical-Surgical Telemetry)
• Start Date: December 15, 2025
• End Date: March 14, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Hours per Week: 36
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (days/nights), 4-week blocks
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (Days: Sat/Sun; Nights: Fri/Sat/Sun)
• Floating: May float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units in 4-hour blocks
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2310 - $2470

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts nursing license preferred
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• EPIC charting experience required
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications preferred
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred; required if no prior travel nursing experience
• Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months if previously employed
• Ability to pass day-one clinical testing (Relias practice tests available)

RN Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit and float pool
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for comprehensive patient care
• Float as needed to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other units
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC electronic health records
• Maintain patient safety and comply with hospital policies and procedures
• Participate in ongoing nursing education and maintain required certifications
