Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive Salary: $225,000 - $260,000 base salary (higher for highly experienced candidates) plus RVU Incentive Bonus averaging $40,000 - $80,000 annually

Schedule & Practice Details
  • Flexible Schedule: 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts (9 clinical hours + 1 "ghost hour" for charting)
  • OB Call Rotation: 1:4 (one day per week, one weekend per month)
  • No Weekend or Holiday Clinic Hours
  • Team Structure: Work within a collaborative team of 5 providers with a 2:1 MA to provider ratio
  • Patient Demographics: Predominantly Hispanic patient population (80%)
  • Language Support: All Medical Assistants are Spanish speaking and assist with translation
  • Obstetrics Volume: ~450 deliveries per year across the CBHA system
  • Scope: Full-scope primary care with obstetrics

Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine with Obstetrics
  • Washington State Medical License (or ability to obtain)
