Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience preferred for a day shift position in Colorado with floating to neighboring clinics.
Responsibilities
- Work in an outpatient clinic setting with the possibility of floating to other clinics
- Patient population consists of approximately 40% orthopedic, including post-operative cases
- Expectation to see 12-14 patients per day, with double-booking of follow up visits
- Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
- 8-hour day shifts with a schedule of approximately 36 to 40 hours per week
- No on-call requirements
- May work as part of a travel team within the clinic or a neighboring clinic
- Double booking of follow-up patient visits is part of daily responsibilities
- Local candidates within 50 miles are accepted
- Overtime must be approved by the director prior to working extra hours
Requirements
- Active single-state Colorado PT license required; Colorado does not accept compact PT licenses
- Outpatient experience preferred
- New graduates will not be considered
- First-time travelers are welcome
- Must provide confirmation of single-state CO license or proof of application if applicable
