Zack Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio.

Start dates: 1/9, 1/30, 2/13
Position: Registered Nurse
Specialty: Med/Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele)
Shifts:
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3x12)
- Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3x12)
- Rotating D/N may be required. The facility will do its best to honor a traveler’s preferred shift but reserves the right to adjust based on operational needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Minimum 18 months of prior permanent (perm) experience in the specialty before any travel assignments
- Active OH or Compact RN license (must be in hand)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS – AHA or American Red Cross
- Must be willing to work every other holiday
- Must successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate testing during orientation. . Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled.
EHR: Epic Scrubs: White Pre start modules – up to 12 hours paid Certs: AHA or ARC All time off must be included at time of submission
