Anesthesiologist-Coastal Maryland-Private Practice

Private practice is seeking Anesthesiologists to join their team due to growth.

Partnership option

• 2-year partnership option
• Salary ranges up to $800,000+
• Average of 50-55 hours a week
• 1 weekend of call per month plus some weekly coverage to be discussed in detail with employer
• Minimal CRNA supervision
• Will cover cases at (2) hospitals and Ambulatory Surgical Centers
• No non-compete
• Primarily home call shared with Partners
• No airway coverage required
• 6,500 annual L&D at (1) hospital the other has no OB
• Benefits include malpractice with tail, 401K, sign-on bonus, generous PTO plus personal time, $10k toward benefits first 2 years and more!
• Residents and fellows are encouraged to apply
• 80-90% own cases

Non partnership track-NO CALL

Hospital primarily

• Salary $375K
• No non-compete
• 4 or 5 day work week
• 80-90% solo cases
• OB is only at one hospital
• No transplant and no trauma
• No airway coverage required
• 7am-5pm
• No nights, weekends or holidays
• Full benefits with 401K, Profit sharing, malpractice with tail, 5 weeks PTO plus 1 week personal and more!

Ambulatory Surgical Center primarily

• Salary $400,000
• 80-90% solo cases
• 7am-5pm
• No non compete
