Types of Cases: General Urology Physician cases
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Cerner
Certifications Required: Board Certified, Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Licensure Required: Massachusetts
