No exceptions will be made. Experience Requirements: Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience Must have 18 months of permanent MS/Tele experience PRIOR to travel Licensure & Certifications (Required): Permanent Ohio RN license or Compact license in hand AHA BLS AHA ACLS Must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start References Required: One recent reference from a Manager, ANM, Supervisor, or Director in the specialty applying for Charge RN references are accepted Orientation & Assessments: ECG rhythm recognition test (completed during orientation) SafeMedicate assessment (acceptable score required on both) Timekeeping System: Qualivis – Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30)
