Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg position on a night shift in an orthopedic unit, requiring a TN or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Position is located in a hospital setting on the 7 Tower North Ortho unit
- Orthopedic-focused Med/Surg patient population
- 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 13-week assignment
- Assignment involves caring for orthopedic Med/Surg patients on a dedicated unit
- Team-oriented environment with support from other clinical staff
- US Social Security Number and date of birth required for employment consideration
- First-time traveler status not specified
Requirements
- Active RN license (TN or compact) required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg experience
- American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) BLS certification required, with no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of assignment
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past year
