This position is for a full-time Wound, Burn, and Ostomy Physician serving as Medical Director at a Hyperbaric and Wound Care Center in Rogers, Arkansas. The role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, managing patient care plans, supervising hyperbaric oxygen treatments, and performing advanced wound care procedures in an outpatient setting with no night or weekend shifts. The physician collaborates with various specialists to support a comprehensive limb salvage program, offering a strong work-life balance and competitive compensation.
An established Hyperbaric and Wound Care Center in Rogers, Arkansas, is seeking a full-time Physician to step into a Medical Director role. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated wound care and hyperbaric medicine team, including three experienced mid-level providers.
You'll be part of a comprehensive limb salvage program that collaborates closely with specialists in infectious disease, vascular surgery, cardiology, orthopedics, and general surgery to provide high-quality, team-based patient care. This position is outpatient only, with no night, weekend, or call responsibilities.
About the Opportunity:
- Base salary around 230k plus generous production bonuses

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat new and follow-up patients for wound care
- Diagnose wounds and underlying conditions using ICD-10
- Develop and manage patient care plans in coordination with the broader healthcare team
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring providers
- Supervise hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatments
- Perform advanced wound care procedures (e.g., debridement, grafts)
Qualifications:
- Active Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
- HBO certification is required (expenses for training and travel may be covered)
- Experience in wound care is a plus
