PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE
• Patient Demographics: All ages Pediatrics through Geriatrics
• Average Daily Volume / Census: 3 4 patients per hour
• Admissions & Rounding: Not Included
• Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes
• Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, minor burns, splinting, wound care; high-acuity cases referred to local ER

• Trauma Designation: N/A
• EMR System: Epic
• Specialty Backup: Remote physician available for escalations when not on-site
• Support Staff: Medical assistants and radiologic technologists on-site

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Board Status: Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
• State License Required: Active Pennsylvania License or Eligibility to Apply
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in urgent care or 1 year in emergency medicine required
• Additional Requirements: Comfortable seeing all age groups and performing splinting and wound care procedures

• Deliver urgent care services to a diverse patient population across all age groups
• Perform minor procedures including splinting, wound care, and management of minor burns and injuries
• Triage and refer high-acuity patients to appropriate emergency services
• Collaborate with on-site and remote physician providers as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR system
