An award-winning, physician-owned dermatology practice on the scenic shores of Coastal Virginia is expanding and looking for a Board-Certified Dermatologist to join their collegial team. With no hospital politics, no quotas, and a flexible 4-5 day workweek, this is the perfect opportunity for physicians seeking autonomy, balance, and the potential for partnership in just two years.
Position Highlights:- General Dermatology with optional cosmetic work
- 28-32 patients/day, with flexibility based on your preferences
- 4-day workweek = better work-life balance
- 2 Medical Assistants per dermatologist
- Top-tier equipment: NB-UVB, PDT, lasers & more
- $50K sign-on bonus or residency stipend available
