Submission Requirements - 1 year SLP experience required
- New grads accepted with Level II experience
- LTC/Rehab experience required
- Texas license required
- CCC‑SLP required
Responsibilities - Evaluates and treats patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Develops and updates care plans using standardized assessments and evidence‑based practice.
- Tracks progress, adjusts treatments, and documents all required clinical and regulatory information.
- Provides patient/family education and collaborates with healthcare team members.
- Completes discharge summaries and accurately records treatment minutes.
- Participates in required meetings, trainings, and obtains needed DME/supplies.
- Supervises CFY or student SLPs as needed.
- Follows ASHA/state practice standards and maintains active licensure.
