Georgia Pediatrics

• Join 2 Part time docs and 1 full time Nurse Practitioner
• Call is 1 in 4, each provider takes 1 week (there is another community doc that is in the call rotation)
• Inpatient and outpatient setting
• Patients/day = 18-25 clinic/prov and 2-4 IP
• They are hiring to replace current full time doc who is leaving
• Cerner Community Works = EMR

Compensation / Benefits

• Salary range of $230-$240k, depending on loan repayments and other costs.
• Salary guaranteed for 2 years and then production on year 3, upside available in years 1, 2
• wRVU production
• Standard employed benefits (health, dental, etc.), 15 vac days, 5 CME, $3000 CME/$1200 Dues, Malpractice covered
• Sign-on bonus and relocation offered
• PTO and CME time = 15/5
• CME allowance = $3000/$1200 dues
• Student loan repayment available
• Able to sponsor J-1 visa holders or H1-B visa holders

• 2 hours to Atlanta
• 4 hours to Disney
• 3 hours to Savannah GA
• 4 hours to Panama City Beach
