Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Med/Surg/Tele RN for a night shift position. The ideal candidate will provide patient care, administer medications, and monitor patients' conditions in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients as per established protocols.
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
- Assist in patient care plans and assess patient needs.
- Current RN licensure.
- Experience in a Med/Surg/Tele environment preferred.
- Completion of required vaccinations and health screenings.
