PCR is seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join a mission-driven, community-focused healthcare organization serving the Lumberton region. Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $200,000 $240,000, commensurate with experience
Productivity Bonus Program
Sign-On/Transition Bonus: $10,000+
Additional Compensation:
Evenings (4:30 p.m. 6:00 p.m.): $100/hour
Weekends (9:00 a.m. 11:00 a.m.): $100/hour
On-Call (October March): Weeknights $125 / Weekends $300
On-Call (April September): Weeknights $100 / Weekends $250
