The Recruiter at Pronto Insurance is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to fill open positions, managing recruiting vendors, and maintaining recruiting reports. The role requires managing relationships with hiring managers and ensuring compliance with employment laws while working with a high level of autonomy. How you'll make an impact
Recruits, screens, and interviews internal and external applicants to fill open requisitions of low to moderate complexity. Sources and recruits candidates by using social media, networks and employee referrals. Screens and analyzes candidate resumes and job applications. Assesses and manages external recruiting vendors and search firms. Updates job descriptions and job specifications. Prepares and extends offers. Provides analytical and well documented recruiting reports. Monitors and applies HR recruiting best practices. Manages relationships with Business Unit hiring managers, acting a business partner. Works with a large degree of autonomy under the instruction of more senior staff.
About You
Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience. Familiar with pertinent employment laws and related compliance issues. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred: Experience working with recruiting related systems and tools highly desirable.
Behaviors: Posses the ability to manage multiple assignments. Interfaces effectively with management

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
