Outpatient-only primary care with light 1:7 holiday/weekend call. Permanent, employed Family Physician role in office-based primary care near Falkville, AL. Outpatient schedule with patient slots roughly 8–11:30am and 1–4pm. Group of 5 physicians + 1 PA and 1 NP. • MD or DO licensed in Alabama • Board-certified/eligible in Family Medicine • Experience in outpatient primary care preferred • DEA registration or ability to obtain • Eligible to work in the U.S.
