This role offers a unique opportunity to blend academic leadership, grant administration, and hands-on clinical practice while advancing health equity initiatives with meaningful community impact.Position Information Annual salary of $250,000+ Split appointment with approximately 50% clinical practice and 50% academic responsibilities Clinical role focused on comprehensive geriatric care in a community-based setting Academic role centered on Geriatrics education, research, and community outreach Key leadership role in a multi-million-dollar federally funded Geriatrics and Health Equity Training grant Opportunity to advance innovative Geriatrics curricula, including interprofessional education and community service-learning models Collaboration with rural and tribal healthcare sites to strengthen care delivery for older adults Mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows, with opportunities for scholarly activity and research
