The Hazmat Truck Driver at CHS Inc. is responsible for safely delivering refined fuels and propane gas to customer locations, primarily operating from Jamestown, ND. The role requires a Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements, completion of safety inspections, maintenance reports, and compliance with hauling regulations. The position offers a majority home daily schedule and requires physical ability to lift heavy loads and work extended hours during peak season.

Summary
CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Transportation Division. We are looking for a full time CDL A Truck Driver in the Jamestown, ND area to deliver refined fuels and propane gas to CHS customer locations in a safe and efficient manner. This is a majority home daily position with a 5 on 2 off schedule.

Responsibilities
- Deliver commodities to customer locations in a safe, punctual, and efficient manner.
- Complete daily maintenance report and notify shop supervisor of any needed repairs.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections as well as loading and unloading products.
- Follow all guidelines and regulations for hauling bulk liquid products to include, but not limited to Petroleum, Propane, and Anhydrous Ammonia.
- Maintain electronic logs and on-board computer with each shipment.
- Utilize loading arms and hoses for loading and unloading
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Work extended hours in-season to meet business demands - may include weekends
Minimum Qualifications (required)
- Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat/Tanker endorsements.
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and Procurement and/or Transportation and Logistics
- High School diploma or GED
- Must meet minimum age requirement
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English and understand highway traffic signs and signals

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
