Schedule Mon–Fri 8am–5pm; 100% outpatient; hour-long initial visits, 40–45 min follow-ups; occurrence-based malpractice. Clinic locations: Ayers, Saratoga, Rockport. - Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine

- 100% Outpatient Schedule ? Monday - Friday (8am to 5pm)
- Time with your patients ? hour-long (initial) and typically, 40 to 45-minute-long appointments

Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)
- Current, unrestricted DEA license
