CDL B - Box Truck Driver | $28.50/hr | Kansas City, MO   

TransForce is seeking a CDL B Driver to support local operations based in Kansas City, MO. 

This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team. 

CDL B Driver Details 

• Schedule: 2AM - 3AM start time; Sun-Thurs OR Mon-Fri; 40-50 hrs per week

• Pay: $28.50/hr 

• Route Type: Local

• Equipment: Box truck

• Handling: touch freight

CDL B Driver Minimum Requirements:  

• License: CDL B

• Experience: 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

• Equipment Experience: Box truck

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

CDL B Driver Responsibilities:  

• Safely operate a 26' box truck on local routes 

• Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

• Perform required handling tasks including loading and unloading with pallet jacks and hand carts

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

• Meet the physical demands of the role, including using hand carts and pallet jacks to load and unload
