Seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN/RN to provide direct care and leadership in a long-term care facility. The nurse will oversee floor staff, assist with complex patient needs, and support residents with chronic and acute conditions in a 101-bed facility.
Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in North Dakota
- Strong leadership and multi-tasking abilities
- Passion for geriatric care and resident-centered approach
- Experience with common LTC diagnoses (CHF, dementia, DM, CKD, COPD, dysphagia, urinary retention, wounds) preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
Setting: Long-Term Care Facility (LTC) Patient Population: 97 Census: 101 beds Shift: 8-hour days or evenings Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday Orientation: Follow another nurse for 1 shift (location-specific) EMR: PCC FTE: 36 hours/week Pay Range: $32.50–$48/hr (RN) Relocation Bonus: Available Sign-On Bonus: Discussed at offer Skills Desired: IV cert, Trach, Wounds, Tube Feeding, Nursing Skills
