Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an inpatient adult/pediatric rehab night shift position with two years of specialty experience and an active KY or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work on the 8th floor adult and pediatric rehab unit in an inpatient setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Patient population includes both adult and pediatric rehabilitation cases
- Care for both adult and pediatric patients undergoing inpatient rehabilitation
- Gaps in work history of three months or more require an explanation
- All training modules and certifications must be active and not expire during contract
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Scrub or dress code details will be provided during onboarding
Requirements
- Active KY or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient rehab experience
- Current AHA BLS certification required
- NIHSS certification required at time of consideration
- CPI certification required for all RNs (can be completed onsite)
- Must be fully vaccinated for Flu and COVID
- Applicants must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the hospital
- No issues or HITS on nursing license accepted
