Seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to provide adult and senior primary care at Palm Primary Care in Mansfield, TX. Position is employed, M–F 8–5 with no on-call, typical patient load 18–21, EMR documentation (eCW), value-based care focus and quality metrics (HEDIS/STAR). Compensation includes $235,000 base, bonuses, sign-on, comprehensive benefits and PTO/CME time.

Ensure accurate documentation in eCW and support quality metrics like HEDIS/STAR.Qualifications: MD or DO, BC/BE in Family or Internal Medicine, active TX license, DEA, 2-3 years of Medicare/MA experience preferred, and familiarity with value-based care and EMRs-commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care required.
