About the Position
AlliedTravelCareers is working with Kiwi Healthcare to find a qualified CST in Florence, South Carolina, 29505!
Our client is seeking an experienced CST - Certified Surgical Tech for a Nights shift position in Florence, South Carolina. This Allied Health role is based in the FLO - OR (FMC), CC003609 - CST and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent CST - Certified Surgical Tech experience.
Position Requirements
- Active South Carolina license and/or Compact license
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent Allied Health – CST - Certified Surgical Tech experience
- 2 current clinical references
Documentation Requirements
- Current resume
- Physical exam (within 12 months)
- TB skin test (within 12 months)
- Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
- Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
- Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
- Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening
