Pool Repair Technician

Compensation:$22 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty equipment
- Complete paperwork and services performed
- Review results of water’s pH levels and add or maintain chemicals if necessary
- Educate customers with tips on how to maintain their pool
- Remove and install new underwater lights
What Winning Looks Like
- Install, diagnose, and repair: Pool automation systems, variable-speed pumps, heaters, filters, salt systems, lighting & electrical components
- Provide accurate written quotes for equipment and repairs
- Explain repair options and estimates clearly to customers
- Follow up with customers to complete the sale
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, estimates, and parts using pool software
- Monitor work quality and uphold professional standards
- Order parts and supplies as needed
- Provide technical guidance and outstanding customer service
Qualifications:- Applicant must have a valid driver’s license
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and dexterity are required
- We prefer candidates with previous experience and knowledge about pool maintenance, chemicals, and repair techniques
- High school diploma or GED required
- Candidate must be comfortable working in harsh weather conditions
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and software knowledge
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a good driving record
- Must pass a criminal background check
