Emergency Temporary Privileges possible for providers with a clean background, active OH license & DEA.

• 90% Newborns

• 5% Pediatric

• 5% Adolescents

• Avg Daily Census: 3-4 newborns, 0-1 pediatric patient every 2 months

• Medical students may observe rounds with newborn patients

Provider must live or be able to stay within 30 minutes of the hospital for rapid response.

• Newborn care experience Required

• X-ray interpretation Required

• Circumcision Required

• Umbilical venous/arterial catheter (UVC/UAC) Highly preferred

• Board Certified preferred, but Board Eligible within 5 years of residency considered

• Active Ohio State Medical License or IMLC with LOQ at submission

• Active Ohio DEA registration

• BLS, NRP certification Required

• Must be available for all listed July open dates

• All credential details must be clearly noted during name clear to avoid redirection
