Lee Company provides core construction services of HVAC, plumbing and electrical for large and small commercial projects throughout Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. Summary of Job:

Planning, directing and coordinating the daily activities of Superintendents for all Mechanical trades on construction projects. Responsible for project safety, meeting construction schedules, and the productivity of labor. Direct and coordinate onsite personnel and subcontractors in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, assigning, and directing work while providing leadership to Superintendents and their direct reports; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing and resolving problems, questions and concerns.

Education and Experience:

  • Must have 10-15 years of related experience; multi-trade and previous experience as a Superintendent required
  • Knowledge of the entire design-build mechanical construction process required
  • Previous experience designing and delivering training to field personnel required
  • Previous experience in hiring, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees required
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as other applications as needed
