Below are the details of the assignment: Assignment Overview: Location : Near Piney Point, Maryland Start Date : April 7, 2025 Duration : Ongoing Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Practice Setting : Inpatient Number of Providers Needed : 2 Key Responsibilities: Perform general and regional anesthesia for a variety of procedures. Supervise Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and handle your own cases as needed. Provide care for a wide range of surgical cases including: Complex orthopedic, vascular, and neurosurgical procedures Obstetrical and thoracic cases Epidural and spinal anesthesia Manage post-operative pain through techniques such as extremity blocks and epidural steroids. Facility Highlights: Trauma Level : Level III Operating Rooms : 14 EMR System : Epic Support Staff : Collaborative team including CRNAs and other professionals. Requirements: Board Certification : Must be board-certified in Anesthesiology. Licensure : Active Maryland license or eligibility for IMLC. Certifications : ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and ABLS required.
