Outpatient primary care assignment in Chicago serving a Medicare population with fast credentialing and zero call responsibility.
Highlights
No call, no weekends, no holidays
Monday to Friday only - 8 AM to 5 PM
Fast credentialing in 30 days
All travel and lodging included
Practice Setting
Outpatient clinic focused on Medicare-aged patients
Team includes NPs, RNs, MAs, and scribe support
Spanish-speaking population common
EMR: Canopy/Greenway
Schedule
Weekdays only - 8 AM to 5 PM
16 to 18 patients per day
Minimum 3-month commitment with ongoing needs
Cases and Procedures
No procedures required
Common conditions: diabetes, hypertension, CHF, cognitive decline
Traditional internal medicine for seniors
Requirements
MD or DO, Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine; NP must be FNP certified
Active New Mexico license and DEA
Travel Accommodations
