Job Responsibilities:- Provide visionary leadership for the growing ENT division aligned with strategic goals.
- Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations within the ENT department.
- Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Foster interdisciplinary cancer care through collaboration with The Cleveland Clinic.
- Drive clinical innovation, utilizing advanced surgical technologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers.
- Develop research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University.
- Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities.
- Cultivate a skilled and diverse surgical team committed to workforce development.
- Manage surgical volume with guaranteed OR block time from day one.
- Participate in a manageable shared call schedule (1:4) supported by APPs and a hospitalist team.
- Currently Board Eligible or Board Certified (BC) in Otolaryngology.
- Prior clinical experience beyond training is expected.
- Not open to new graduates or Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
- Experience is required; 1099 contract or locums candidates, and visa sponsorship requests will not be considered.
- Board Certified in ENT.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- DEA and CSR/CDS certifications.
- Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or willing to obtain prior to start).
- Documentation of malpractice history.
- Compliance with COVID and Flu vaccination requirements.
