BC/BE Physiatrist; permanent full-time; locations: Northern Illinois (90 min from Chicago) and Northern Indiana (near South Bend); inpatient acute rehab and hospital/ freestanding sub-acute programs; 20-bed units; shared weekend call ≤1/month; join 5 physicians + 3 NPs. - Board-certified/eligible Physiatrist - Eligible for IL or IN medical license - Experience in inpatient acute rehab preferred - Ability to take shared weekend call - Interest in Medical Director role (stipend)

Our well established physiatry practice is offering an opportunity for BC/BE physiatrist to join our private practice with multiple locations in the Midwest.
