This position seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon in New Jersey to develop a reconstructive and cosmetic practice with strong support and scheduling flexibility. The role offers work-life balance, access to modern ambulatory surgery centers, and collaboration with experienced surgeons and staff. Candidates with microsurgery experience or fellowship training are preferred to help grow the practice efficiently.

We are seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon in New Jersey who is looking to build a meaningful, well-supported reconstructive and cosmetic practice in an environment where your expertise is respected and your long-term success matters.
Requirements for the position as a Plastic Surgeon:
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery
Eligible for or holding an unrestricted New Jersey medical license
Interest in developing a reconstructive and cosmetic practice
Microsurgery experience and/or fellowship training is a plus
