About the Practice Patient Volume: Expect to see approximately 28 patients per day. Electronic Medical Records (EMR): We utilize the Epic EMR system for efficient documentation and patient information management. Trauma Center: This facility functions as a Level 3 Trauma Center with a helipad for air medical transportation when needed. Hospitalist Support: Enjoy 24/7 in-house hospitalist support for patient consultations and collaboration. Who You Are Board certified in Emergency Medicine (BC/EM) or board-eligible for Emergency Medicine certification. Alternatively, board certified in Family Practice (BC/FP) with extensive emergency department experience, or board certified in Internal Medicine (BC/IM) with extensive emergency department experience, will be considered. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree. Active Wisconsin medical license is mandatory. Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license is required.
