Registered Behavior Technician RBT
Job Summary
HireCare Services – Georgia is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Powder Springs, GA. As an RBT, you will work closely with our team of professionals to provide high-quality behavioral therapy services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Job Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to clients in the home, clinic, or community settings
• Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to achieve client goals
• Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clients, and families to develop and implement effective treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with best practices in applied behavior analysis.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Completion of RBT training program and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (compensatory education or training welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various locations.
