Join a collaborative clinical team where your expertise truly matters. Mercy is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to support safe, evidence‑based medication therapy and partner closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams to improve patient outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Review medication therapy and develop patient‑centered treatment plans
- Provide dosing guidance, drug info support, and clinical recommendations
- Collaborate daily with providers and nursing staff
- Monitor outcomes and ensure safe, effective medication use
- Utilize Epic, Micromedex, and pharmacy automation systems
- Support departmental initiatives, education, and quality programs
What You Bring
- BS or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy school
- Active state pharmacist license or be eligible to obtain license.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
Preferred: PharmD, PGY‑1 residency, 2+ years clinical experience, BCPS
