Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist to join a dynamic and collaborative team at a newly renovated medical center in the Albion, MI area. This outpatient dermatology practice focuses on comprehensive medical and cosmetic dermatology services.
Details:
• Open to truly Board Eligible candidates within 1 year of graduation (must obtain Board Certification within 3 years)
• Practice setting primarily outpatient and clinic-based
• Reopening the dermatology practice to serve community needs
• Provide medical dermatology (90%) and cosmetic dermatology (10%) with potential for growth in cosmetic procedures
• High procedure volume: approximately 80% of patient visits involve procedures such as skin tag removals and skin cancer biopsies
• Typical patient volume: 4 5 patients per hour, with 3 4 involving procedures
• Work-life balance supported by the healthcare system
• Use EPIC electronic medical records system
• Flexible Monday through Friday schedule with a minimum of 36 direct patient contact hours plus 4 hours administrative time
• Practice operates in a Level II trauma designated facility
• H-1B visa candidates accepted; J-1 visa candidates not accepted
• Not open to 1099, locum tenens, or providers with lapsed Board Certification seeking recertification
Schedule:
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, flexible hours
